"We were fortunate enough that the buyers for our home wanted a fast closing, but we weren't sure how to get an inspection contingency completed in time. Eric from Lectra Tech not only called back the same day but sent over two techs just a day and a half later. The techs were outstanding too, as they were professional, knowledgeable, maintained a clean job site and had a great sense of humor. Wish we could give Eric and his team more stars!"

"I have used Lectra tech many times for repairs on properties that are under contract to be sold. The whole team are consistently fast with bids, courteous, and professional. But I give a special shout out to Eric who calls me from every job to let me know what they’ve completed and how it went. He is EXCEPTIONALLY polite and courteous-Something that doesn’t always happen in my line of work and is a breath of fresh air. This alone puts them at the top of my list. THANK YOU!"
